Aug 21, 2018 · 1. Hi, I am currently on H4 EAD and it is valid till April 2019. I am doing my masters on H4 EAD visa and applied for status change (I-539) on June 25th, 2018 in USA. But due to family emergency went to India on July 13th and returned to USA on H4 EAD on Aug 7th while the status change ( I-539) is in process.
